The office personnel are the most unprofessional that I've ever encountered. My Mother in-law was assaulted at the office on 8/9/09 by the desk clerk. We made reservation with dots, but had to delay the trip due to illness in family and they didn't want to honor the cancellation fee of $5.00 and charge the full fair. On-line states very clear about the $5.00 fee
